Produced under a cold extraction process ensuring highest quality and nutritional content, it is certified organic and 100% Extra Virgin with an acidity content of less than 0.35% It was Awarded a GOLD medal at the New York International Olive Oil Competition.
Kastania Balsamic - Be wowed by this full bodied distinctive and sweet flavor. Made of wine vinegar and condensed must from excellent quality grapes. It matures in wooden barrels as fine wine. Use for salads, sautéing, sauces, over veggies oven roasted or grilled.
